• Simple Rasoi delivers one-course vegetarian meals, crafted with care, straight to your doorstep
• Subscription fees are based on the chosen menu and delivery location.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Payment must be completed in advance for the chosen subscription period.

3. Menu Selection

• Subscribers must select their monthly meals via Google Form.
• If no selection is made, the default menu from the first subscription will apply.

4. Delivery

• Meals are delivered daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Timely delivery depends on accurate address details provided by the subscriber.

5. Missed Service

• If a subscriber cannot avail of the service, meals can be carried forward to the next calendar days with prior notice of at least one day via WhatsApp or phone.

6. Offers and Discounts

• Offers and discounts will be communicated via WhatsApp.
• Subscribers receive a complimentary meal on their birthday.

7. Privacy and Communication

• By subscribing, you agree to receive updates and notifications via WhatsApp or email.
• Simple Rasoi will protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Simple Rasoi is not responsible for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery details.

• Simple Rasoi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.
